How long will it take for me to receive a refund for my order?

The refund process begins as soon as your product reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. Typically, it takes up to 4-5 business days for prepaid orders and 5-7 business days for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account. 

 

What is the procedure for canceling my order?

You can cancel your order by simply contacting us via phone or email and providing the reason for cancellation. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you can choose to refuse the delivery, and your order will be automatically canceled.


My order was COD, how will I get my refund amount?
